Can you replace the GPU?

Is it possible to replace the GPU on my MacBook Pro? I have been receiving GPU panic alert multiple times.

Options

The GPU is integrated into the logic board and it requires a major rework station to replace it. There may be some services on eBay that can do the job, but it is not a DYI repair.
