My iMac has blue dots and won't load the booting screen.
The Keyboard won’t connect so what do I do? It won’t load.
Is this a good question?

Sounds like you are trying to use a wireless keyboard.
This sounds like a GPU failure. To be sure boot up u8sing an external monitor or TV, use a wired keyboard so you can boot in Safe Mode and also be able to reset the NVRAM.
A lot of these cards can be fixed with a simple reflow of the GPU card.
Or you can replace it:

Where it has stopped is the point where it loads the GPU instructions.

Yes, I have.

@beanisverygood - Restart your system and press the Shift (⇧) key to enter into Safe Mode from a USB keyboard. Did that work? If it did then you do indeed have a bad dedicated GPU board.
