iPhone doesn't work after charging

I left my 7plus charging for a night, and in the morning I noticed that phone is not working. Screen and sound doesn’t work, only then I press home button I feel taptic engine vibrating, other buttons doesn’t work. I tried calling to this phone, and there is a signal, so phone is turned on, only everything else doesnt work. What can it be? And how to fix it?

Options

Try pressing the volume up then volume down button then hold home button for about 15 seconds. Try turning the phone on again.

If the screen has been replaced recently it would be a bad screen that is causing this
