Which power supply do I Need?

  • Hello! I believe my PS4’s power supply is faulty/has gone bad and I’m trying to figure out which one to buy to replace it. Model is CUH 1215B, 1TB. It’s the CoD 3 edition. Any information would be awesome.

I saw the guide but I wasn’t sure if 12XX B could use the same power supply as 12XX A or if there was a difference.

Open up the bottom cover to get to the PSU, IIRC it's 3 black screws then pull down from back to remove bottom cover.

Then remove PSU screws and unplug cable to access the PSU and you'll have the model no of the PSU labelled under it.
