Can the new iPhone 8 plus housing use on iPhone 7 plus?

My iphone 7 plus housing external had a lot of scratches. Thinking of changing to the new housing. Can my iphone 7 plus using on new iphone 8 plus housing? Any difference? Can use as wireless charging if change to iphone 8 plus housing?

Okay, other than wireless charging tho? Because

having no wireless charging is a very small deal. At least to me. Are there other areas where it wouldn't work?
