Sage Maggard, you can try a restore through iTunes. It works best if you use the machine that you always use for this iPod Remember that you will erase all data on the iPod with a restore. Hopefully you recently backed up your data on that machine, so you could restore all your information. Check ao the Apple website for the information on that. Now there is a way to erase the password but I am not sure if this would work when you are already disabled. This will not erase any data on your device. I guess you can always try and hope you have a windows computer :-) anyhow you plug in your iPod. Open My Computer (or Computer for Vista). Click on Folder options and enable to view hidden files. Next go to iPod_control and click on the folder named Device. If your iPod is locked, there will be a file _locked . Rename the file to _unlocked. Remove your iPod and it will be cleared" you can also check on here My iPod is frozen says I pod disabled?... The other thing you can do, is to plug your iPod in the computer that you normal use for it and see if it can be restored that way.Good Luck.

apple prevents the their products to connect to pc or mac while they are disabled or having password on the screen. now you have to restore the ur ipod it will loose al your data may be i you do not have back up of this on itunes.

1. turn off your device

2. Press and Hold home button

3. Put the cable in ipod and pc. Now you see a ipod detects in recovery mode.

4. if you have a ipsw of that ipod then you press the shift button and locate the file it will restore your ipod to factory defaults.

5. otherwise simply clicked the retore button in the itunes. It will download the software file of ipod and automatically restore it.

6. after restore and ipod will restarts and shown up in the itunes . itunes will ask to restore your backup or either set up a new ipod.

Note. Restoring Backup again locked you ipod to that state.

Ready for the use .

If you encrypt an iPod Touch backup on iTunes and then forget your password, you will not be able to restore from backup and your data will be unrecoverable. If you forget the password, you can continue to back up and use the device, however you will not be able to restore the encrypted backup to any device without the password. You do not need to enter the password for your backup each time you back up or sync.
