Dropped My MacBook and the screen is all over lines

I dropped My MacBook air and when I picked it up it looked finn but then when I opend it it had colored line over the screen. Everything works fine but this lines are in My way and I don’t have time to go get it fixed.

since this showed up after a drp you most likely have a bad display. To verify this add some pictures of what your screen shows with your question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

Plug in your system into an external monitor, If the image looks good your display assembly is damaged and will need to be replaced.
