MacBook air not turning on only turns on when I disconnect the battery

I have a Mac book Air 2015 model, that only turns on when i disconnect the battery from the computer itself. when I do plug the charger it shows a green light and then it turns orange. Also i have replaced the battery and logic board still the issue persists.

Sounds like an I/O Board issue. Time to replace the I/O Board.
