History of this MacBook Air? Any liquid damage? If you've replaced all of these parts already, you're going to have to do some component troubleshooting. Check R5380 and R5381. Other than that, U7100 (ISL6259) or the SMC is to blame as these are the only components involved in battery recognition. U7100 and SMC can be replaced, but check the 2 pull-up resistors first.

EDIT: I assumed your board model was 820-3437. The resistors you need to check may be different if you have a different board model.

Did you try performing an SMC reset?

  1. Make sure the MagSafe adapter is connected and the MacBook is powered off
  2. Press and hold Shift+Control+Option on the left side of the keyboard and the Power keys at the same time and hold it for 1-2 seconds then release the keys all at the same time.
  3. Your MagSafe LED should change colors briefly.
  4. Try to power on and check that battery is recognized.

Try holding the "D" key while powering on the MacBook Air to enter diagnostics and let us know if it reports any problems and the code associated.
