Is the A1398 compatible with other "MacBook Pro retina" screens?

I have an A1398 with a broken screen. I find some other 15’ retina screen replacements that are way cheaper, such as the A1286. I wonder if the A1398 is compatible with screen from any other model

No, others displays will not work. The retina displays are basically not repairable so they are in very high demand,

Now if you didn’t get the Retina it could be easily and cheaply repaired.
