Why my battery has cross symbol and not charging?

Hello my macbook pro 2015 retina A1502 model is showing cross symbol on battery and doenst recognise the battery!! I request you to please provide me any solution to this so if its an battery issue i’ll purchase it else please let me know the resolution to this.

I did that but mine is still giving the cross. Reset SMC, PMU, full charge but doesn’t seem to help.
