My phone x stuck in recovery mode... and itunes cat see it

hi I have a iphone x that is stuck in recovery mode and the computer cant see the phone when plugged in or iTunes as well ….

took it to apple but there computer could not detect much on the phone but it did see some of the ios on a tool that they used so I know its not a fake phone and the confirmed this as well

they will not repair it unless I pay 709.99 as the back has a small crack on it ….

do you think a dock connector could be faulty ? or a more serious repair

I can not kick the phone out of recovery mode or nor could apple support over chat no combination of buttons helped

the phone would just turn off with a low battery sign then boot to apple logo then to recovery mode with connect to iTunes message and iTunes logo

phone was not able to be put in dfu mode either

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Do you think this would need mainboard level repairs ?

And Apple had said something is probably wrong with the doc connector

You don’t think it’s a simple connection problem

It’s in recovery mode and stuck in it but iTunes can’t see it at all actually even computer can’t see any connection ?

Maybe during a restore the connection via dock connector was ruined due to a bad connection ?

And your at iPad rehab think you guys could solve an issue like this if it was a mainboard level repair ?

I think that it is pretty hard to put an iPhone X in recovery mode, so putting it into recovery mode accidentally AND having that occur simulataneously with charge port damage is really low--especially since the charge port/usb connection is part of the equation for the phone to get to recovery mode to begin with. More likely you have a hydra problem (which is the tristar equivalent on the iPhone X) You could certainly go to any repair shop and just ask them to open it (since you are out of warranty according to Apple) and overlay a new charge port and see if ReiBoot can kick it out of recovery, but I think the chance that this is a logic board repair is pretty high and I don't know of anyone doing "for the sake of the phone" logic board repair on the iPhone X. We are only taking them for data recovery. Board repair to be a phone again is really challenging on the iPhone X, and a phone that may have flash memory corruption or an unsolvable problem is too much risk to take for repair IMO.
