What to use to clean under keyboard?

Greetings,

I have disassembled my MacBook Pro and completly removed the keyboard and keys.

The plastic keyboard sheet the keys attach to is very dirty - covered in crud.

I am cleaning it because the TYUIO keys work intermitently. It happened before, and I fixed it by removing a hair from under the E key.

I am posting to ask what is best to use to clean the keyboad sheet with. Water? Soap and water? Alcohol?

Thanks

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?
