When I call somebody they can’t hear me and I can’t too and when I reacord I can’t hear nothing but music comes out and YouTube world and when I FaceTime it cancels the call right away what is wrong?

This is almost certainly the common audio ic fault that happens to iPhone 7/7+. If it is then you may also notice that Siri can't hear you, voice memos are greyed out and won't let you record, and if you power cycle the phone you have a long boot time. The repair is to have the loose pad at C12 under the audio ic reinforced with a microjumper and an new audio ic microsoldered onto your logic board.

Try backing up your phone and resetting it. If that does not work then you may have a faulty earpiece speaker and microphone. To tell if you have a faulty earpiece speaker go into a call and if you can’t hear the person your talking to put your phone on speaker if it works then it is probably an earpiece speaker problem
