2014 a1398 logic board compatibility with 2012 a1398 case

My 2012 retina logic board died. OOOFFFF. 2.7GHz 16Gb ram

Will a 2014 2.2GHz 16Gb ram A1398 logic board fit my case? (Retina A1398 15" mid 2012)

They are very similar but there are a few differences which makes switching them out not possible. The headphone jack & the trackpad are both very different between the logic boards.
