Mac won't start + Dim green light on magsafe charger

I have the dim light problem with my Macbook pro. The laptop received liquid spill a while ago (half a year) but it seem to work just fine until last week, when I tried to plug in the charger and all of a sudden the laptop shut down and I haven't been able to boot it.

I have tried:

1) Using another charger (still get the dim light)

2) Resetting the SMC

3) Replacing the battery

4) Removing battery from motherboard and plug charger to see if the laptop reboots (it didn't).

5) I have checked for corrosion in the motherboard and can't seem to find anything. The touchpad does have corrosion but not the motherboard.

Any thoughts?

What was the liquid and where did it enter. When you opened it up, did you see corrosion (especially on the mag-safe board?

The liquid was rain and it entered via the keyboard. I did not see corrosion, and I didn't see corrosion in the mag-safe board (just a bit rusty because of the age).

If any rain got into the keyboard the back side of the logic board might have gotten wet. Sorry to say rain water is acidic and not that clean (air pollution).

As you can see, there's more stuff on the backside of the logic board:

Follow this IFIXIT guide: MacBook Pro 15" Unibody Mid 2010 Logic Board Replacement and then compare the image to your system board do you see any components that are burn't or damaged?
