1 year old MacBook making slow constant rattling sound?

What is it and how do I fix it? It is on and off like makes a rattling sound... three second pause... rattling sound... three second pause... ETC.

not sure what it is, computer has been running fine besides that. Thanks!

Honestly could be either, i wish I could find a way to post a video of the sound. I thought it would be the fan but it's working find, and temperatures are fine. So not sure.

nope I haven't dropped (beside off my bed onto carpet, but no damage) and no it has had no repairs.
