Galaxy S7 main camera blurred. How to fix?

Just bought the used S7 on ebay and immediately noticed how bad the camera is on this. Seems like I'm always out of focus/softened/blurred whether in the camera app or snapchat. (All beauty settings are down to 0). Is something broken or what?

Is the camera focusing at all?

If not, the rear camera needs to be replaced.

Here is a guide in case you decide to replace the rear camera:

Will this resolve the issue with the black camera / no image or is this motherboard fault?

by

If it is motherboard issue you need to make a microsoldering work.

by

Which chip on the motherboard is responsible for the camera?

The best option is to replace the camera, then you can be sure it will work properly.

I have repalced the camera but still nothing has changes, any ideas?

by

Check it still blury without the outer lens (taped on the back of the rear glass)

If still blury the camera is not working properly.

In the camera there is an engine that moves the lens, once it is stuck or not working the camera is blurred.

There is no other fix for this problem, either an external lens scratched or a camera replacement.

Next time invest a little more and do not buy a device on Ebay!

I would have checked the lens first if I were you.

by

I have replaced the camera but that didn't solve that.

by

If replacement didn't work then you have a problem with a motherboard.
