Tiny horrizontal lines running all across the screen

Replaced the battery and after charging and phone was powered on there were faint tiny horizontal lines running across the entire screen from top to bottom?

The screen connectors may not be correctly aligned or inserted. Disconnect the battery, disconnect them and retry. There should be a subtle yet audible "snap" when they go in place correctly.

Most commonly, there is damage or disconnect in the screen assembly. (if you didnt remove the screen during the repair, the likelyhood leans further towards damage, rather than disconnect) always remove the screen before operating on anything in an iphone.
