No Service

I Droped my iphone 3g and cracked the back case. I have replaced my back case and bezel with an oem replacement parts. The only thing I used out of my original phone is the motherboard and screen now I have "No Service" I have rebooted, Restarted Re-everything. Help!!

Update

I have been through all of the hoops with ATT and Apple. None have worked so far.

Check that you sim card is properly inserted.
