How do you install the dpad metal domes?

My dpad isn't working and it seems that theres dirt under the metal dome plastic film.

I ordered a replacement of the conductive dpad film on a chinese wholesaler website.

Can anybody post a tutorial on how to change the dpad?

No its not the plastic button, its the little metal objects underneath the plastic button.
