Did I fry my logic board?

I replaced the charging port in my Iphone 7 plus and once I got it put together only the backlight on the screen would come on but it was vibrating and the home button was working so I know it was working . I opened it back up to check connections but I couldnt turn the phone off because I could not see what was on the screen. I unplugged the battery and screen cables reconnected everything but now it is stuck on the Apple logo boot up screen and the home button doesnt work.

Did you disconnect the battery first, before disconnecting anything else? Not doing this can cause the backlight circuit to fry. Even if this isn't your specific problem, leaving the phone powered while disconnecting flexes can cause issues.

My main concern, based on your comments, is that you may have either damaged a flex/connector or put a long screw where a short screw should have gone. If you haven't already followed the iFixit guide, please do so to double check your steps.

Any logic board issues will require a micro-soldering repair.
