Remove the two 3.4 mm P2 Pentalobe screws on the bottom edge of the iPhone, next to the Lightning connector as Jasen suggested if you haven't. Then, apply heat around bottom and sides of phone using a heat gun or hair dryer. Get it warm to the touch but not too hot you can't touch it. You can use a very thin blade to create your opening on the bottom corner being careful not to scratch the housing...Then using a guitar pick or plastic pry tool to fit into the opening...then with only about 1/8 to 1/4 inch of it inserted, run it around the bottom and sides carefully...follow this guide:

Hi Shawn,

I'm assuming you've already done this, but make sure you're removed the two small screws on each side of the lightning port of the phone to release the screen. If the display lifts up at all from the frame of the phone, try running an opening pick or something plastic and thin under the lip of the display around the edge of the phone to help separate the adhesive gasket that's holding the screen on. Be careful not to push too far under the edge, as there are a few ribbon cables near the top of the phone that can be damaged by the tools. Good luck!
