Mobile data Problem always E

My Sim signal is strong my fellow iphone 5s user in the house has a lte/3g working even outside my iphone is just E ihave no prpblem sending calling etc .Just the mobile data is weak my internet connection is strong also what to do i already reset it still doesnt work what to do pls

Try both of these

Settings --> General --> Reset Network Settings

Settings --> General --> Reset all Settings

What model iPhone 5s do you have?

What is your carrier?

Has it worked before?

Im from Philippines its always E sometimes its 3g but if it goes 3g it will not work the data just works on E i tried putting another sim nothing wprks i also tried my sim to other iphone 5s and it goes LTe/3g what to do

Is the iPhone 5s you are using from the same place as the other iPhone 5s? Without knowing the model of your iPhone 5s and which cell phone company you use, I can't help further. Different region iPhones have different LTE band support.

I didn't say that it wasn't hardware. What cellular phone service are you trying to use for LTE? Different Cell phone companies use specific LTE bands.

Have you checked LTE status in Settngs --> Cellular --> Cellular Data Options

You could check the apn. But I'm just going to guess you've damaged the Lightning dock, using aftermarket cables. I would replace the lighting dock and see if that improves the situation

What is the cellular service company you are using or roaming with? You never answered this question.

Ok, if you really don't want to tell me what carrier you have, that's fine. According to this list, there is no LTE phone company in the Philippines.

If you are using a Filipino SIM card, it is highly likely you cannot get LTE simply because of the phone company.
