I've seen there are some people online, whos selling services like this.

But Im not sure if its going to work or not, even though price is quite massive.

Options

If you take your Iphone to Apple with proof of Ownership, they could help you. You can also have a password reset sent to your Icloud account to reset the password. If you do not know the Icloud account or have proof of original ownership...it's a paperweight or parts phone because it can't be done otherwise.
