Home button replacement Touch id

If I want to replace the home button and the old one has a Touch ID .cant I create another Touch ID for the new one or cancel the old Touch ID and create new one for the new home button ?

If I bought a new screen with its home button can I do another Touch ID

No, I'm sorry to say. Only the original home button will have the touch ID function. any replacement button you buy will work as a home button but not touch ID. The original has a Chip that links it to your mother (Logic) Board.

then you have lost your touch id, but not lost the use of the home button with a replacement button. Another wonderful thing about Apple Engineering :(
