My phone won't charge and I've tried everything

Hi all, my iPhone battery won't charge after a battery replacement, the iPhone says its charging but the percentage continues to decrease, I have noticed a capacitor is missing from around the battery connector on the logic board and I think this may be the problem....

That cap will not cause fake charging. Why did you replace your battery to begin with? The common fault here would be tristar damage. Take it to a microsolderer who can change the tristar chip.
