iPhone 5 not getting current but not charging

I have but a used iphone 5

Everything is ok but after using it about 4 days the phone doesnt charge at all

first i thought its a battery problem but when i connect my phone through data cable with pc the phone gives shock if i touch the phone which means that phone is consuming current but is not charging please help me with this

Can you give a little more detail on what happened? If you get a physical shock from touching it while charging, do not charge it or try turning it on until it has been checked out by a repair shop. Just doesn't seem like there is enough voltage to get a shock from it

It sounds like the OP either has a poorly grounded computer (assuming it's connected to mains) or has a cheap or defective Lightning cable or both.
