Uneven green saturation on iPhone 5 screen

I recently noticed squarish tint on white backgrounds (usual case for web browsing). At first I thought that this is by web design.

At this link you may see, how does my screen look when it's all white, red, blue and green (on the bottom image I marked the square with red line)

As you may see - it is only visible on green and white screen. So I guess, that it is green component that is missing.

Does anybody have a clue, what might be the source of this problem?

Is this an original Apple screen or was it replaced along the way?

Chances are it is a bad screen. Follow this guide and be careful to disconnect the battery first and keep track of your screws.
