I am going to buy a rebfurbished macbok and want transfer Itunes and photos. Ibook has a short and I am not sure what toreplace... lil sleep light Seems has Broken soldier, is it worth Replacing ... funds are limited. I have tried having ibook repaired but techs won't be bothered.

It's all according to what's shorted out. A full description of what it's doing and not doing is needed to try to help you. Sounds like the techs you are going to are not to good.

Thank you a response, and yes the techs I have talked to did 't think
it was worth Repairing. Issues; turns of after 15 min., I checked on
ifix for all possible causes. I did suggestions; Keyboard replaced, power
Plug replaced, charger new, battery new, cut cards and taped
to inner
cover for pressure. Each have helped for a time. Some times the screen
Had vertical/horizontal lines, I shutdown then turned on fine for a while.
Now the screen is dark. I can kind of see the desktop but dark, so I am
Using an external screen.
So should I get Mac book? How to get photo's n itunes.?
Also if I buy another can I put music from my Nano?
I'm so confused....help!
