1 Why is my screen not erasing when I press the button.
I am a boogie board jot 8.5 owner. My screen wont erase. Here is the full story.
I got a boogie board for Christmas. It worked fine until mid February. I kept in my school bag until earlier this month, I realized I still have it. I got a replacement battery. I put it in, no result. I went on the boogie board website and the user guide helped. But not really. It was not precise enough of how to place it. I tried with no hope. After like hours of trying, by accident, it worked. But it only erased half the screen. My hopes were gone. I do not remember how exactly it was put since you must put it precisely. can someone show me how to put the battery precisely. This will help a lot. THANK YOU!
