After going dead, MacBook will not turn on.
Hello everyone.
Like I said in the title my macbook pro will not turn on, no light, no vibration, nothing.
It went dead and sat for several days. I pluged it in and the magsafe light turned green instantly. I have tried reseting the SMC(cmd + leftshift + ctrl + powerbutton) no luck. Not really much else to try.
My personal best guess is that the battery needs to be replaced, but before i buy one i would like to hear yalls opinion.
-Thanks
Is this a good question?

SMC is reset by pressing on the left side these keys "shift, control, option" then power button command isn't a part of it. Other than that your not hearing anything coming from the inside of the computer? No noise from a fan? I ask this in trying to make sure its just not powering on and its not just the Display thats not giving video.

Nothing, no noise whatsoever. no sign of life

You have logic board damage that requires logic board repair - did you spill liquid on it? If so, cleaning the logic board and IO board with 99% isopropanol might resolve some of the issue(s).

press the power button, and as soon as you hear the startup chime, hold down Command-Option-P-R. Keep holding down those keys until you hear a second startup chime. Then let go and allow your Mac to continue starting normally.

Also did the battery die? If thats the case, try unplugging it and then trying to boot
