Broke LT and RT holders how do I replace it?

I have provided two pictures, the blue controller is the one that I'm trying to fix. The dissasembled controller is the one I'm using for the RT and LT.

I want to remove the Trigger holder from the controller but don't know how to do it.

It's the metal piece holding the Triggers.

I need help guys.

Hello, my RT button on my Xbox One controller is not working correctly. When I get on NFS the car drives by its self.

I have edited my post, I've uploaded the pictures, what I mean to to remove from dissasembled controller is the metal stick holding the triggers.

Okay I see, so if you look back in to the link Xbox One Wireless Controller Trigger Rumble Motor Replacement it shows how to remove the moters. So, I think by the look of the photos its soldered to the board. Can you confirm this?

You have to press the small part of the metall pin then it comes out on the other side where you can grab it with pliers / tongs / nippers and pull it out gently.

You have to be very carefull, else you destroy the trigger or the frame.
