iFixit is currently out of stock on this item, but you can get one here, double check this as there are two models, the touchbar one and yours:

Apple Part #:

MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2016) Display Assembly

Here's the teardown that may help with installation:

I have not done this model yet but the guide for the 2015 may also help:

UPDATE

I just saw the price that PowerBook Medic is charging for a used one $499.

I would call an ASP and ask for a price (do not give them your serial number because you don't want Apple to know that it might be repaired outside of them yet).

Also use the term, "Flat Rate Repair" if you call Apple.

Apple may give you a better price and your warranty would be retained.

Very helpful here Mayer! The only issue is going to be them replacing it themselves as its not just a simple fix. Proper grounding needs to be implemented as well as proper tools so that you don't strip screws or damage cables.

Well orlando, it's SPAM but good SPAM so I'll bookmark you as a source. What bothers me is there's no name to your store or a business address or a eBay name. I don't do business with someone I can't look up, check out or hunt down. Let's try to be a little more transparent.
