Once its iCloud lock its iCloud locked. Theres no easy way to do it. They way to do it is to send it to apple and since it is probably stolen, they will send it to the rightful owner. No clue why you bought it without doing research first but your screwed and theres nothing you can do.

I doubt it will work as its not that easy. Think about it. If it was that easy, no iphone would be iCloud locked and they would be selling for more. The only reason you can get them for so cheap is because they were probably stolen and theres no easy way to get it off. If it was that easy no one would sell them for the prices that they do.
Call the FBI, they cracked one and it only cost them $1,000,000
@mayer - It was a 5c which I think still had the old firmware which did have a hole that they could leverage. If it was using the current firmware no dice ;-}

@anoopkumar31707 depends on whom you are asking. Generally a lot of other are using translation software to work with people that speak different languages.

use dns bypass to view the contents and then figure out the original owners apple id or email them and ask for them to release it from the cloud.

Wouldnt work like that. If he contacts the owner of which it was probably stolen from and he will want it back, not release it from him. And judging by this person here, they probably dont know even how to do any of that.
