pc2 6400 ddr2 800mhz memory on this?

According to Mactracker your unit uses PC2-5300 667 MHZ memory and has a 667 MHZ buss. This being the case I would say that you can't use that memory in your Macbook. For a more definitive answer please contact one of the major memory makers for their opinion.
