Can I replace the iPhone 5 battery with the iPod 5 battery?
Can I switch the batteries? As in is the iPod 5th generation battery computable with the iPhone 5 battery?

No it´s not the iPhone 5 battery has a connector. The battery of the iPod 5 is soldered to the logic board. This won´t work.
