Is there 10.7 apps on a mac app store? Or another store that has older apps that are fully compatible with 10.7 apps? Thanks!

Apple doesn't offer a filter to isolate out the older versions of apps so you just can't find them. Only the orphaned apps that the developer did not update might still be present. Apple has stated it was purging these over the next few months.
If you know what you are looking for (using the app store as a way to figure that out) you could try contacting the developer directly to see if they can get you a copy of the older version. Sometimes the developers web site lists it.
Otherwise it's the wild west of the internet! Be very careful! Many free sites have malware and/or trojans imbedded in the apps they list.

I have had limited success finding some by doing a Google search for"legacy Apps".
