What screws are near the battery holding the panel?

On an aluminum macbook what kind of screws are the ones nearest to the battery that hold down the panel that contains the fan and other things. If anyone knows I would really appreciate an answer. Thanks guys

Thanks for your comment but actually I have a macbook and not a macbook pro so there is another panel which isn't shown in that repair guide.
