Facetime not working on my iPhone.
I use an older version of IOS. I haven't upgraded my IOS. Do I need to upgrade my IOS as Facetime not Working on my device?

If you were using iOS 6, it looks like Apple broke it.

Sometimes there's a mess in the iOS.
Had the same problem on 9.3, reset all settings solved the problem for me.
Settings>General>Reset> Reset All Settings.
Hope it will work.
