dropped iPhone 5, blue vertical lines and grey horizontal lines appear

Dropped my phone yesterday from approx. 50cm, then blue vertical lines and grey horizontal lines starts to appear. And sometimes something remains on the screen, like the keyboard remains after closing it.

I've tried to open the screen, unplugged and plugged the connectors but still doesn't make any change.

I just replaced my screen 2 months ago........ any help?
