My notebook has been compromised

When I boot in safe mode. All I see is a log of someone on my drive What part do I need to buy to fix this

Options

Try starting up from your system installation disk by inserting the disk and restarting holding down the "C" key. Go to the second screen pull down menu to Utilities, Disk Utility and repair the drive and repair the permissions. We really need to know more about the screen you're getting if it persists after the repairs.
