The microphone on normal call stopped working, can only talk on call when using speaker phone

Hi,

There is plenty of videos on YouTube to dissasemble the blackberry Z10, it's quite a easy phone.

As for the part you need to replace, the bottom microphone, it looks like this when you have the phone open.

This is held down by a bit of adhesive.

And here is a link to a replacement part.

If that doesn't solve the issue, then it may be further damage. :-)
