Drop iPhone 4 on a glass filled with scotch and redbull

I accidentally drop it :( it was swimming for around 10 seconds, when I realized that, I inmediatly turned off. While trying to turn off it reboot i don't know why, but finally I get to turn it off

I let it dry overnight, also used a hairdryer, tried to turn it on but nothing happened.

Then someone gaveme the tip of leaving it in a bowl with rice, it has been ther for 2 days, when is the time to try again to turn it on? Should I connect to my computer or to the wall plug?

If this dont work what else can i do ? :(

Thanks for your advice

I'd open it up so the rice can really get to it. Then give it a couple of days to sober up.

Thanks for your answer, If I open it this will void the warranty or just when I pull the battery? ty.

The Scotch did the job of voiding the warranty. There are sensors located inside called Liquid Submersion Indicators (LSI). If you're a lawyer, take a look at this: http://www.ilounge.com/index.php/news/co...

I turned on, but its only on when connected to the wall, it has the screen telling me to connect to itunes, but when plug to the imac it wont turn on maybe its the battery drained or damaged.. i guess.. or it could be something else, looks like the screen works well because the touch seems to be working.
