Do you mean remove the physical Spanish keyboard and replace with an English keyboard, or do you mean remap the Spanish keyboard so the letters are in the same place as on an English keyboard?

If it's the latter, that can be done in software. Open System Preferences>Keyboard. Under the left-side panel, click the + button, to add an additional keyboard. The popup window includes several different English keyboards (Australian, British, British/PC, Canadian English, Irish, US, US International/PC). Pick the one you want, then select the added keyboard as your preferred keyboard.

If you want to replace the physical keyboard itself, that's a little more complicated. Some Spanish keyboard Macs sold in the US/Mexico/Central America (and South America too, I think) have a different physical keyboard layout than Spanish keyboard Macs sold in Europe (and the Philippines too, I suspect). US English keyboards are the easiest to find, and they'll fit a Spanish keyboard upper case originally sold in the US or Mexico.

It's very fiddly to remove the keyboard from the top case; there's a lot of teeny, easily misplaced screws involved. An alternative is to replace the entire top case as a unit. These are widely available both with and without the trackpad.
