sata to pci ssd
is there an adaptor or a pci which we can use for ssd to increase the read and writes closer to the new model mbp retina. currently i have a 750gb ssd connected with the mini sata connector.
Is this a good question?

Your fastest connection to the system bus is going to be through a Thunderbolt enclosure, but you also have to take into consideration the read and write speed limits of the SSD.

is there any internal ways of setting it up
no, there are no free ports just sitting around inside your laptop. What are the read/write speeds of your SSD? Are you even hitting the limits of SATA?
You nailed it Kevin! Nothing possible internally, a Thunderbolt RAID drive set can push the upper limits of a Thunderbolt 1 connection (10 Gb/s). Even a mSATA SSD can't hit the SATA III (6.0 Gb/s) I/O limit internally.

We really need to know your exact machine as this is a transitional period when Apple moved from hard drives to SSD mSATA cards,
