Icloud chip gone?

I want to know if it's true if you replace three chip ( U601-RF, U4, U501-RF) s on the motherboard and the iPhone restort back through iTunes icloud it's gone?

You do realize the costs makes this not economical. It would be cheaper just getting a new phone!
Besides if you returned the phone to the rightful owner they may give you a reward! And if it was not stolen then the owner should have unlocked it before selling it to you.
Nothing here, other than salvaging the parts to fix other phones.
