Rodney, with your grammar you don't need to hide from stupid people. You're one of them.

by

Mayer your an ass, your what’s wrong with humanity, probably a Trump supporter! If you don’t have anything nice to say shut the &&^& up!!

by

You're probably a Warren supporter with that self indulgent mind set FakeGoldie40. Sorry that Trump will undoubtably win again and make you tear up for the second time. Remember that your party is all about acceptance no matter what, so you should practice what you preach and accept everyone for who they are" NO MATTER WHAT" as campaigned. Yes the question is stupid as !&&* and someone was able to call it how it is and not be FAKE and snow flakey about it. That is why we need a Leader like President DONALD TRUMP to keep this economy and country together and not divide it like your radical left racist anti white working class party. Let's be real, use a translator if you need to because the last time I checked this is America where we speak english as our main language.

by

You are all equally $@$*!&. Yes, I mean the questioner, too.

by

Thank you for asking such a good question. I have this issue as well.

Hang in there, mayer. I’m sure no one thinks your glaring grammatical screwup makes you look like a complete and utter fool.

did not work for me on flip 4

Thank you for your post, while this did not solve my problem in that Win7 is unable to play sound with no AUX port plugged in, it does play with the AUX cable plugged in! - which is more than any other solution that I've looked at. So I'll just use the AUX port.

I am using a JBL Flip 3, with a CRS8510 A10 bluetooth radio. I was unable to make any progress until I installed this driver:

https://www.sevenforums.com/drivers/3387...

Now I am able to play sound, but only through the AUX port. I would say NEVER, EVER buy a CRS bluetooth anything to pair with JBL's equipment.

It's pretty unacceptable that a simple bluetooth radio can't couple with a JBL speaker in 2018, but here we are.

And yeah, I've tried every solution on Google. Like 10 different "solutions" till I found that driver and the AUX suggestion. CRS drivers are garbage off their site.

My jbl flip 4 suddenly had no sound (no power up sounds either). Charged and paired perfectly but didnt sound. I arrived to this page and tried the different solutions with no luck. Just when I was about to give up I did the following and worked!!

1- Jbl flip turned off.

2- Press power on button but don’t release. Even if light in the button turns on.

3- Keep it pressed til you here the power up sound .

4- Sound is on again!

My JBL Flip 4 was working fine one afternoon..The light which displays the remaining battery stayed on even if the speaker was turned off..later it stopped emitting any sound even though it connected to my phone very easily (via Bluetooth,or even AUX).I tried everything like resetting the speaker by pressing the 'Volume Up' and 'Play' buttons together. After all the annoying problems I just pressed the power button for around 10-15 seconds while the speaker was on and it turned off. Later I just tried turning the power on and voila! The sound was back!Try it out..

Open up the JBL Flip 4 and press firmly on the square on the PC board (called a dark choke)... if it is loose, make sure it is firmly soldered. Your Flip 4 should then have sound, as this is a common fault throughout the Flip series. So, don't give up, try it.. you never know. :)

JBL Link 20

tuned off the unit, using the mike button, ( top side) then turn it back on, same button

then pressed the middle button (top) hold down and

say "pair device" or "pair"

go to to your blue tooth settings then, when prompted, and select the JBL speaker

After trying all of the above fixes, I removed the JBL speaker from my computer and made the speaker discoverable again. When it showed up on my computer I selected it and told it to allow the pairing and it immediately played dropping the speaker on the computer so all good. I guess the moral is start all over again if your previous connections isn’t working!

It could be as simple as changing the audio output source in volume tab on windows taskbar

Connect the speaker with an aux cable. confirm the sound output as speaker out. Connect the speaker on bluetooth keeping cable connected. remove the cable. it worked for me.
