Pulled Out A Particular Wire

I pulled out a particular wire while installing my disk caddy for my new hard drive. Want to know whether it is vital to operations or not.

Currently Macpro is running normally, and I don't really have the equipment to solder it at home so I want to know whether it's worth getting someone to solder it for me/to obtain a solder for.

no it's not the fan cable. You can see part of the fan cable at the upper right of the pict. I think that your broken cable is for the isight camera or bluethoot or wifi not sure...try these functions.

It's definitely not wifi because that works. I don't really use the other two functions so it's alright for me. Thanks!

Well that appears to be the wire to the fan. Stick it back in.

Well I would except I'll need to solder it back in. Thanks for the answer though!

It isn't soldered in the first place, why do it now, Just stop yanking on it.

Well it used to be attached to something reattachable so it didn't need to be soldered. And yeah. I stopped yanking on it.

Lemerise is right. That is your isight camera cable and unfortunately there is no fix for that, I repair on component level with a stereo microscope and it is nearly impossible to fix! Your only option is to pull the glass and replace the cable or buy a used display and selling the old for parts if you wanted. That's it! See within the wire there are 10 strands that are microscopic if 1 of them is not together with the rest it will not work so your working on 2 wires the outer and the inner with 10 and there is four wires total.
