My brother dropped a wine glass on it and in the Apple store they told me that to fix it I have to change the motherboard and the keyboard. They give me a 800 eur budget.
Is there a way to get the pieces for myself (where?) and fix it for myself??

Sorry about your spill and hopefully you can get it fixed soon. You can swap a new motherboard in if you follow the tutorial here on the website:
As mentioned by @krisfuqua, replacing the keyboard is going to be time consuming and a pain in the butt. You will have to take pretty much everything apart to get to the keyboard.

Did they take it apart and look at it? What was damaged on the mother board? Simple liquid damage type services may fix the current board, which is where the bulk of the cost is. Keyboard replacement is possible but a tedious pain in the butt. If I'm not mistaken the keyboard on this model is riveted to the frame but can be removed and the rivets replaced with screws. Either way you have to gut the entire machine.
